Source Kitchen on Rick Stein’s Cornwall

Rick recently talked about us in the Sunday Times

“Rick has just finished filming a series about Cornwall - and discovered a restaurant in St Ives called Source Kitchen, which he thought was fabulous. ‘The great thing about red mullet is the skin is so tasty. the Chef made this potato confit of thinly sliced potatoes with garlic and olive oil, cooked in the oven. He put some confit on the plate, then a thick fillet of fish and a bit of homemade tapenade. I thought, this boy’s got something. He’s kept it simple.’”
